Bay Area Urban Eagles, Inc. serves the entire San Francisco Bay Area, all 9 counties. We work across the region to connect students and families to aviation and aerospace opportunities, with a focus on building clear education-to-career pipelines that lead to internships, certifications, and long-term workforce pathways.
Our work responds to a real industry need: aviation and aerospace continue to face representation gaps and a growing pipeline shortage. By partnering with schools, community organizations, and industry leaders, we help develop the next generation of diverse talent, preparing young people for workforce-ready skills and opening doors to careers that strengthen the Bay Area’s future.
