About Bay Area Urban Eagles
Bay Area Urban Eagles (BAUE) is a nonprofit aviation and workforce-development organization dedicated to expanding access to aviation, aerospace, and STEM careers for youth and young adults from communities historically underrepresented in the industry.
Founded in March 2023, BAUE addresses systemic barriers, including cost, access, and lack of exposure that limit participation in aviation and technical career pathways. Through education, hands-on training, mentorship, and industry engagement, BAUE builds early and sustained pathways into high-demand, high-wage careers across the aviation ecosystem.
