Located in the San Francisco Bay Area, Bay Area Urban Eagles, Inc. is dedicated to educating and exposing youth and young adults to the world of flight and the full spectrum of career opportunities in aviation and aeronautics. We offer a broad range of programs and resources for a hands-on experience and supplemented with mentorship from industry experts.

Our mission is to inspire and empower the next generation of aviation professionals.

Our goal is to bridge the gap between underrepresented communities and the aviation industry to create a more diverse and inclusive representation of the industry.
